Campground: Nehalem Bay State Park

Comments: One of our favorite beach state parks. Right on the beach with lots of empty beach to walk. Just walk over the dunes and there’s the beach. The site was a bit small and they had to cut some branches to allow us to fit but we made it in there.

The beach is just over the dunes and our site was right next to the path that led to the beach. We were taking walks on the beach morning, noon, and night. Love it.
The park also offers some bike paths so of course we had to go check them all out. Not only did we ride through all the loops in the campground but we rode over to the boat launch at Nehalem Bay.
